Latte Art 2

Latte art is a method of preparing coffee created by pouring microfoam into a shot of espresso resulting in a pattern or design on the surface of the coffee. As its name states, it is an art that can be highly creative as long as you know!
 
In this seminar, we will practice the ways we can hold the mugs to have greater ease and comfort in the movements that need to be made with the milk jug to achieve clean and complex designs.

We will learn and practice the technique (flow) by which we can pour more than two basic designs inside our mug. In this way, we will achieve separation of designs and complexity in Latte Art!

Finally, we will learn how to divide our mug into quadrants to create a complex design.
