Module 1: Introduction to Business Management & Marketing

The purpose of the educational Module 1 is to acquire the basic theoretical knowledge about the field of business administration, organization, and marketing, necessary for attending any further seminar from the category  "Management for HO.RE.CA.Program"  conducted by Bar Academy

After completing Module 1, participants will be able to: 

⁕ Recognize the meaning of management and its importance for every business
⁕ Comprehend the 5 functions of management
⁕ Understand the concept of organization
⁕ Distinguish an organization`s vision, mission, and values
⁕ Recognize the basic characteristics & required skills of a manager through practical advice on the daily management of their responsibilities
⁕ Comprehend  the fields of application of marketing
⁕ Distinguish the functions and the marketing mix
⁕ Understand the product life cycle
⁕ Design a marketing plan for an effective marketing policy
⁕ Identify the differences between advertising and public relations for a successful business presence

Certificate of Attendance .

A successful "Participant Assessment" is required in order to receive "Educational Program Attendance Certificate" which includes:

1. Participation in all program presentations

2. Completion and submission of assignments/exercises
3. Evaluation of sufficient understanding of the material by the instructors .

The "Certificate of Attendance" is not awarded until the "Participant Evaluation" is successfully completed. Students may repeat the program, as per the “free repeat” policy - contact us for more information.
